Flexible Cutter System Means Fast Changes in Field

There are two different Flexible Cutter Systems for our Milling Machines: FCS and FCS L (FCS Light).

The FCS System is a variable width system that offers interchangeable width cutter drums that apply to the following machines: W 50, W 50 DC, W 60, W 100, W 100 F, W 120 F and W 2200.

The FCS L System is a quick-change cutter system that allows the capability of changing a standard 5/8" spaced drum to a finer spaced drum in less than 3 hours. The FCS L applies to the following machines: W 1900 and W 2000.
