Parts Our parts department has 9 full-time employees to respond to all incoming parts orders from 6 am to 6 pm central time Monday through Friday, and from 8 am to 12 pm Saturday. We also provide after hours emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for emergency situations. The 45,000 sq. ft. distribution center is stocked with over 30,000 different SKU’s and over 18 million dollars in parts inventory for our 3 different product lines. Our 14 distribution center employees provide same day service on all orders received before 5 pm Monday through Friday, and before 12 pm on Saturday.
Service Our shop has 7 fully equipped 65 ft. deep service bays with 10 and 20-ton overhead cranes. Pre-delivery inspections are performed on all new machines; specialized options are added to standard machines; trade-ins undergo inspection; preventative maintenance and complete machine repair capabilities. We employ 10 full-time mechanics equipped with service vehicles. Each of our 3 major product lines has an individual service department where repairs are completed. We have welding, fabricating and machining capacity.
