The WM 1000 is a high-performance machine which forever eliminates fugitive dust from road stabilization materials like lime and cement, while precisely metering slurry component materials and created slurry for maximum economy and minimum ecological impact.

The WM 1000 is a mobile slurry mixer for dust-free addition of cement for the cold recycling process. The slurry mixer section is designed in the form of a conatiner body for mounting on 5-axle heavy-duty trailers and includes generously dimensioned tanks for water and cement.

The mixer is extremely simple to operate, so even unskilled personnel can produce top-quality results. Production of slurry is controlled automatically by a microprocessor system.

The water-cement slurry then is pumped or injected continuously to a coupled, downstream cold recycler or stabilizer, such as Wirgen's WR 2500, in accordance with the stabilizer's rate of advance. The WM 1000 adjusts the added quantity of cement precisely to the advance speed of the recycling train.

For transport, the unit simply is attached to the back of a conventional truck and is towed to the site. While construction work is ongoing, the WM 1000 is connected to the recycler and pushed or pulled by it.
