The Wirtgen WR 4200 cold in-place recycler is the successor to the WR 4500, easily executing in-place recycling of roadways up to 165 inches in width in a single pass. The machine pulverizes the existing pavement and can mix water, hydraulic binder, apshalt emulsion or foamed asphalt with the reclaimed material. An integral tamping screed then lays the prepared paving material true to cross-section, line and level, and compacts it.
