Advanced Operation and Maintenance Course
Who should attend:
The Advanced Operation and Maintenance School is intended for persons dealing with in-depth operation, maintenance and repair tasks relating to Kleemann crushing and screening machines. Attendees must have prior knowledge of working with and around crushing and screening equipment. No prior knowledge of Kleemann equipment is required.
Overview:
This course is an in-depth service and maintenance course that will cover basic electrical theory, electrical testing on high and low voltage systems, fault finding using the techniques learned in the electrical theory part of the course, replacing defective items within the electrical cabinet, setting up electrical units within the cabinet e.g. ZEV units, breakers, frequency converters and a more in-depth look at how the remote maintenance system works and what we can see when using it. We will cover basic hydraulic theory and fault finding, and the different type of hydraulic systems that Kleemann use on our equipment. The maintenance section will include in-depth descriptions and information on how to carry out services at all intervals on the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems for each machine, a full inspection checklist and training on how to carry out a complete inspection for preventative maintenance. It will cover all aspects of maintenance not covered in the Basic Operator and Maintenance Course.
